SDF means without a fixed home address. There’s no relation to the wealth of the person. One may well be rich and without a fixed home address. Many wealthy people do not have a fixed home address. This also helps to pay less taxes…

Note from editor: [SDF] means [Sans Domicile Fixe] in French speaking Europe. Translation: Without Fixed Home [Address]. They use this term rather then the French direct translation of homeless person.
